Hi my name is Leana from RE/MAX at the Bayside Team over here in Australia. Just wanted to do a big shoutout to my VA in Sri Lanka, Gershon. Gershon is an Integral part of my business and helps me in my day to day management of social media, call lists, the list to sell process and data management. After more than a decade as a property manager, I've always been a perfectionist who prefers to have complete control. The thought of using a Virtual Assistant initially made me uneasy.
